Shopping on the Eros Publications Online Store is easy. Add an item to your bag, review it, and click ‘Checkout’ to complete your order.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Unless marked otherwise, all products on the website are available. For items not readily in stock, a pre-order service is available.

How do I change my currency?

All charges are in Euros. The final price will depend on your credit card’s exchange rate. Change the shipping country to update the currency.

Shipping and delivery

Where is the shipment handled from?

All shipments are handled from our office in Barcelona, Spain. Shipping costs are added to the product price.

Do shipping costs include taxes and import fees?

No, shipping costs do not include import taxes or customs duties, which may be required upon the package’s arrival in your country.

Can I choose my shipping address?

Yes, please provide a shipping address where someone can receive the package between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Monday through Friday.

You will receive your order within the estimated timeframe chosen during checkout but no later than 30 calendar days after acceptance.

What if I entered incorrect shipping information?

Eros Publications is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect information you provided. Any costs associated with redelivery due to this issue will be your responsibility.

What happens if the delivery is not successful?

The order will be considered abandoned if 14 calendar days pass without successful delivery for reasons attributable to you.

Does the Eros Publications Online Store deliver to post office boxes or freight forwarding addresses?

Please note that we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes, use General Delivery or deliver to freight forwarding addresses.

Does the Eros Publications Online Store ship to multiple addresses?

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you must place separate orders for each address.

How much will delivery cost?

We offer different shipping options to meet your needs.

How will I know you received my order, and when will payment be deducted?

Once you have completed the online purchase process, you will receive a confirmation email to the address used to place the order. Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card at the time of order confirmation.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. However, once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery or make a note when signing that you accept a damaged box.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been shipped?

We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipment.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Combining orders or adding items to an existing order is not possible.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

Where is my order?

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed before 2 p.m. will be shipped the same day, and those made after that will be shipped from our warehouse the next day. Estimated delivery times are only for reference; we are not responsible for any delay caused by credit card payment authorisation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.

How do I return an item?

Can I return books or prints?

According to consumer regulations, books and prints are non-returnable as long as Eros Publications meets all legal guarantees. However, an exception is made if the products arrive heavily damaged due to shipping or in poor condition.

What about the right of cancellation?

You can cancel your order if it has not been processed, but you must notify Eros Publications within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations are not allowed.

Are there any return restrictions on books and prints?

Yes, there are certain return restrictions:

1. Condition of the Book: The book must be returned in its original condition, without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. Limited or special editions must include all original packaging and accompanying materials (e.g., certificates, postcards).

2. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the book. After this period, returns may not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part (e.g., the wrong item was sent or the item was damaged during shipping).

4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalised books or custom editions, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase may be required to process a return.

What are the return conditions for non-book products?

You have 14 calendar days to return products unrelated to books. The item must be in perfect condition, with original packaging and labels, and show no signs of use. The invoice included in the package must also be returned. Eros Publications may reject any return request that doesn’t meet these conditions.

Are return shipping costs covered?

No, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by Eros Publications. Eros Publications will not refund shipping, taxes, or additional charges.

What happens if my return gets lost or damaged?

Eros Publications is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure that products are returned in proper packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Once Eros Publications receives the returned item and confirms that it meets return conditions, the refund will be processed within 14 days. The refund will be made using the original payment method. Duties, taxes, or other charges will not be refunded.

Can I exchange items?

We are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to order another product, you must place another order. You can then use our complimentary returns service to return the product you do not want to keep.

To avoid damaging the contents, use scissors or a box cutter to carefully cut along the sealed edges. Be gentle to ensure you do not damage the book or the inner wrapping.

Inside the package, you will find:

• The book is protected with recyclable materials or bubble wrap.

• A thank-you note or personalised message, especially if you’ve purchased a special edition.

• Potential gifts include bookmarks, postcards, or other small items.

The book is wrapped in eco-friendly protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. For limited or luxury editions, we use additional packaging for extra protection.

We recommend keeping the original packaging until you confirm the book is in perfect condition. If you need to return or report an issue, we may ask for the packaging to process your request.

Prints

How do we ship our prints?

We carefully handle each print with clean gloves to avoid fingerprints. The print is wrapped in acid-free paper and placed between sturdy pieces of cardboard or in a protective folder. If shipped flat, we use a rigid box with extra padding to prevent movement. For rolled prints, we gently roll them in acid-free paper and place them in a sturdy shipping tube. Each package is securely sealed and labelled “Fragile” and “Do Not Bend” to ensure safe handling. We also provide shipping with tracking, and insurance is available for valuable prints.

How to unwrap your print?

When unwrapping your print, ensure your hands are clean or wear gloves to avoid touching the surface. Carefully remove the outer packaging, making sure not to use sharp objects that could damage the print. If the print is rolled, gently unroll it on a clean surface and let it rest to flatten. If shipped flat, slowly peel away any protective layers, like acid-free paper, without pulling directly on the print. Handle it by the edges to avoid smudges or creases.

How to preserve your print?

Handle your print with clean gloves to avoid fingerprints or smudges to keep it in perfect condition. Store it flat, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place to prevent fading or damage from humidity. Use acid-free materials, such as archival paper or a portfolio case, to protect it from dust and environmental factors. If framed, use UV-protective glass or acrylic, and avoid hanging the print in areas with direct sunlight or high moisture, like bathrooms.
